Environmental Planner

BIOGRAPHY

Liz Juvera has been an Environmental Planner with SFEP since 2018. She works on several SFEP programs contributing to environmental resiliency and stewardship including the Clean Vessel Act Program, San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority, Transforming Urban Water Initiative, and biennial State of the Estuary Conference. She also provides support to the regionally-renowned Estuary News Magazine.Before joining the Estuary Partnership, Liz worked with NASA and the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute to coordinate logistics for research missions and conferences supported by NASA’s Earth Science Division. Liz has an M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
