Volunteer

Thank you to all who volunteered at the 2024 conference!

Each volunteer was scheduled to a 5-hour shift that will run from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm or 12 pm – 5 pm. The majority of volunteers were assigned to a morning shift.

Benefits of volunteering include:

• Volunteers received free registration for the day(s) that they work the conference
• Volunteers on Tuesday May 28th could attend the evening reception at no cost
• Depending on their assigned role, volunteers could view a few presentations during their shift

• Arena set up
• Concurrent session computer operator
• Wayfinding and general assistance
