Diana Fu
Environmental Planner
BIOGRAPHY Diana Fu, Environmental Planner, leads the Estuary Youth Council and works on the Palo Alto Horizontal Levee Pilot Project, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funded Equity and Communications programs, and projects for the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority. Prior to joining the Estuary Partnership, Diana worked with Billion Oyster Project in New York City coordinating their flagship educational program, the Oyster Research Station, with students, teachers, and community scientists across the five boroughs. She is a passionate advocate for environmental justice in coastal urban communities, and has coordinated community science programs in the South Bronx to provide data vital to the restoration of the Bronx River. Diana is a Switzer Fellow and holds B.A.’s in Environmental Science and Asian American Studies from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Coastal Science & Policy from University of California, Santa Cruz.
